About Us

LastGen Properties is a real estate investment company focused on acquiring, improving, and holding quality properties in stable markets.

Founded in 2021 by Ryan Saari, the LastGen name comes from his long-term approach.  We are a small family and our goal is to never sell until the "last generation."  While this may not always be the case, we are not flippers or speculators.  We have an evergreen approach and make decisions based on the longest term possible.
